Story
I credit my grandma and my family, for my love of fine cuisine and flavor! As well as just how important a meal can be for friends and family. One of my earliest memories is being on the counter of my grandma’s restaurant. I combine that with my love for having and giving finer things and my desire to provide high-end service. I’ve been cooking my entire life but turned it into a profession in 2019. I have developed my style and recipes through life, education (not classically trained in a culinary institution), and lots of practice.
I’m known for being a bit “extra” in everything I do! I can be a little too loud when I laugh, and I feel like you sense that about me in my cuisine. I’d love to bring luxury and a bit of “old school” service to your next private event. I was able to prove my skills and pallet on Gordon Ramsay’s Next Level Chef Fox Season 1, which aired in early 2022. So…the sky is the limit now, it pays to be extra!!
